With our new event module in the admin panel, club managers can effortlessly create events. These events will appear in the app, where players can register. Whether it's individual registrations or pairs, the module offers both options, making it more efficient for you as a user. All events are displayed clearly in the player dashboard, so players can easily see what activities are coming up.
Smart logic in our software system
Our app applies smart logic that automatically tracks the number of participants (players or pairs). If the minimum number of participants is not reached by a preset date, the event is automatically canceled. Participants get refunded in credits. This process is fully automated, allowing managers to focus on other important tasks without worrying about cancellations or refunds. Courts – which are blocked when creating the event – will also automatically become available again after cancellation.
